Positive: The accommodations were even more stunning in person. Elena, the host, treated me like family. She even provided handmade chocolates and a floral liqueur made from the flowers in the garden plus a fabulous bottle of wine upon my arrival. She went out of her way to accommodate a vegan breakfast which was plentiful and delightful. She’s an interior designer and even owned the bakery downstairs, she is truly talented and lovely. She also provided transport to and from the airport! Next time I may have her drop me off at the ferry instead:) there is a ferry terminal less than 10 minutes away. This was a great service as in talking to local tourist, It can sometimes be tricky to get cab service from the airport, depending on the time. The location was great. I was able to watch the sunrise at the beach and there are really great restaurants in the area within walking distance. I traveled solo and felt perfectly safe getting my steps in during the evening.
Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like.
